Lavish Gifts

Jet Setting

In 2009, Miller received an incredible $5,390 in gifts for attending a conference at the Hilton in Beverly Hills, California.

Swanky Skybox Seats

Ross Miller loves to take in a UFC fight or a football game. And because he’s a powerful politician, he can usually find someone else to pay for his tickets. Sometimes he has to settle for $116 to watch the Reno Aces play ball. But his special interest friends know he loves a good fight. In 2009 and in 2010, Miller received $3,000 per year in tickets and swag for UFC matches.

The High-Priced Nightlife

Most Nevadans probably can’t afford to get great seats for a night at the theatre. But in the middle of a recession, Ross Miller got $1,200 in tickets to see Jersey Boys on stage.

Ross Miller’s So-Called “Transparency” Bill...

A bait and switch sold by a hypocrite – that only a fool would buy.

The son of political royalty and a gleeful recipient of thousands of dollars in political gifts, Ross Miller has been living his life playing from a stacked deck. But now, Miller wants you to believe he’s a champion for honest government by promoting a government transparency bill.

Miller’s bill won’t keep him from getting the same great gifts he’s enjoyed for all these years. It won’t keep big special interests from showering him with free stuff that the rest of us never get. But Ross Miller knows that the bill will make him look good.

And like the out of touch politician that he is, Ross is all about looking good – and not about getting things done for the rest of us. The facts make it clear. His record on transparency is as flimsy as a house of cards.

Hidden Assets

Most Nevadans can’t even afford a second home, let alone afford to hide one. But when you’re a Stanford-educated lawyer and career politician like Ross Miller, you know your way around the rules that the rest of us have to follow. Ross bought a home in Reno and didn’t disclose it on his financial statements for five years.

But because of a special loophole in state laws, it’s all perfectly legal. Ross is a master at finding loopholes that are so big, you can drive a (second) house through them.
